The hogroast will be transported to the address and then wheeled to the set up site; the machine should be on a level surface for cooking.
Remove the end covers then connect the gas container. The hog roast will then be electrically connected and turned on to make sure the pig rotates without obstruction. The gas will be
lit and the end covers replaced, the machine will then be left alone until the pig is cooked.
After an allotted time the motor and gas should be turned off and the temperature checked. If it is not quite cooked, re-light the gas and turn on the motor for another half hour or so.

When cooked, disconnect hog shaft from motor using the allen key provided and raise up into the carving cradle arms. Carve the pig rotating as required using the shaft locking
pin.
