My name is Richard Naish and I have been cooking hog roasts since April 2005. In my experience, I have found that you get what you pay for and I have decided that a hog roast is an experience to really enjoy so, when I set my company up in September 2006, I chose to go down the route of serving a quality hog roast that people would remember for all the right reasons.
I only use local, free range pigs, fresh baked bread rolls from a local baker and the freshest of local produce.
